    Delivery Terms

    Transit Time U.S.

    In general, U.S. are in transit for 2 - 7 days, we use United Parcel Service UPS ™. Microscopy USA does not ship to other international locations.

     

    Dispatch Time 

    Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order.

     

    Delivery Time Exceeded

    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

     

    Tracking Notifications

    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

     

     

     

    Process for parcel lost in transit

    We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

     

    Damaged In Transit

    We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim and following the return of the damaged item. The buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs.

    All Microscopy USA product sales are final. We will replace any product damaged or lost during shipment once confirmed by the shipping company and following the return of the damaged item. The buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs.

    Procedural instructions for the proper use of all products sold by Microscopy USA are included in the video training program lessons.

    NO Usage Instructions are included with the products sold through this website.
